Universal Stars Incorporated manufacture and hire starcloth's for the DJ market. These starcloths are made to the same high standard as the professional stage and theatre drapes, but are controlled by a small stand alone controller/power supply called a UniLED©.

UniLED©

The UniLED starcloth controller can power up to 350 white or single colour LED's, which makes this unit very special. It is powered by a 12v DC transformer. The UniLED is very compact and is roughly the same size as a compact camera.

The UniLED has 9 preset programs which are;

0 - LED's off
1 - ¼ soft twinkle
2 - ¼ snap twinkle
3 - ¼ fast twinkle
4 - ¾ soft twinkle
5 - ¾ snap twinkle
6 - ¾ fast twinkle
7 - all on 30%
8 - all on 60%
9 - all on 100%

Starcloth Fabric

Universal Stars Inc.s starcloths are manufactured from a high quality DFR Black Wool Serge that meets BS flammability standards BS5867:Part2:Type B. For customers looking for a higher grade of flammability, Universal Stars can also provide an IFR fabric, which is sometimes requested in some EU Countries e.g. Germany.

Designed with customer in mind

The Starcloth that Universal Stars manufacture can be displayed in several different ways. They have ties to the top and both sides, a design which enables the starcloth to be draped vertically or horizontally. The starcloth has a hook and loop fastener system on the top, bottom and the sides, which enables it to be joined in different fashions, therefore each join looks seamless.
